ムンバイではモンスーン期になると野菜の値段が高騰する（それでも日本と比べると安いと思いますが）のですが、インゲンは500ｇ15ルピー（約35円）前後と年間を通して安いのも魅力の一つです＾＾。
This is Sharols's recipe for string beans stir-fried with garlic. It's proved to be very popular in my cooking class, and is simple to prepare. During monsoon season, the price of vegetables really increases,but even now, you can get a little more than a pound of string beans for about 33 cents.
