先日、ポットラックパーティがあり、そこに持っていったのが写真のサルサです。
もともとアメリカ人の義姉に教えてもらったのですが、失敗なく簡単に作れて市販のサルサよりも断然おいしいので、今ではすっかりウチの定番になりました。どこに持って行っても好評なので、持ち寄りのパーティ等があるとよく作ります。
